Here at PAPC we offer a 12 month RTB Warranty on ALL of our Computer Packages!

This Warranty is on a Return To Base (RTB) basis.  The computer package must be returned back to PAPC in the event of malfunction/failure.  Terms and Conditions apply, please see below.

The buyer is responsible for postal costs back to the PAPC HQ in the event of hardware failure/malfunction.  PAPC will then cover the charges to send the unit back to the buyer once the necessary repairs/replacements have been completed.

This Warranty only covers unavoidable hardware failure/malfunction, it will not cover the following:

• Damage due to mis-use or neglect.
• Software and/or upgrade incompatibility issues.
• Computers that have been overclocked, unless done so by PAPC.
• Virus and/or Spyware infestations.
• Changing preferences regarding the purchase of the package.
